Shipping policy
We constantly strive to update and improve our delivery service to offer you competitive rates and fast and secure delivery.
The contents of your order and your delivery address will determine which delivery service is used and the cost.
We now offer 2 services for UK mainland delivery, ANC – part of the Fed Ex Corporation and Royal Mail Tracked.
Delivery Options
- ANC- Next Day Delivery ( Mon-Fri )
A signature is required and if not available a card will be left for the customer to contact the local ANC depot.
All UK up to 30kg, (not including Scottish Highlands, N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Isles ) - Royal Mail Tracked
3-4 Day service for goods up to 5kg (or 5 pairs of boots)
UK mainland and also including Scottish Highlands, N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Isles - Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed
- Royal Mail Air Sure Tracked
- EU and Non EU Countries 3-5 Day Service Max weight 2kg
- Rest of the World 5- 7 Day Service Max weight 2kg
For all orders received by 12 noon we will endeavour to pick, pack and despatch your order that day for expected delivery the next working day (Monday to Friday only).
Please note that if an order is placed after 12 noon on a Thursday the next working day for delivery is the following Monday unless Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed is selected.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur in transit.
Please note that we are unable to accept orders with delivery to PO Box number addresses.
Although we try to get all our orders despatched on the day of the order, this may not always be possible for the following reasons:
- Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched in the period specified on the website.
- Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your card details and will be awaiting a call back from the cardholder which could delay your order.
- Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. You will always be contacted by e-mail if this is the case and then you will have the right to cancel your order if you are not prepared to wait.
Teamwear items are not kept as stock items and have to be ordered from our suppliers at all times. This process is normally complete in 7-10 working days.
(Please note that this is what virtually all Teamwear sites do, as the ranges are so vast to keep all styles, colours and sizes in stock.)
Please note that we are unable to deliver to certain locations around the world.
If your order is not accepted by World Pay, when placing your order, this will be the reason and your order will not be accepted.
Note: Training equipment that carries an oversized item will only be despatched to the UK mainland, unless otherwise agreed between the customer and JustSocca. Please phone our customer services team for further details, prior to placing your order.
